• All club uses of the lodge must be submitted to and approved by the Foundation.
• Purposes and proposed use of the facility must meet the goals and objective set forth in the "organization documents" of the Foundation. Purposes must be either scientific, educational, charitable, etc, and open to the general public.
• Users will pay a usage fee to cover the cost of operating and maintaining the building. Rates are listed here.
