Yo Yo Mod Ski Tours
By Karen Perkins
SKI 00/00/0000 MOD-

People don't understand yet what we are doing on the Yo Yo Tour. It is very conservative, and fun too.

We do laps, yes. We yo yo, usually around 3 times, sometimes 4 and yesterday it was only 2.

We go to very comfortable places, often up Mill D, or Mill F [lower Willow] or lower USA Bowl, in the trees. We meticulously avoid any avalanche chutes or run-out zones, and super steep or windloaded terrain.

That doesn't mean we don't carry beacons, shovels, probes, etc. We do as anything can happen, any time, any place in the BC.

We are only in search of skiable snow and reasonable angles. I doubt we ever ski over 30 degree slopes. So we are willing to go back to an area time and again and again, if it meets our criteria.

This is a Show & Go.Any one is welcome who has reasonable BC, tele, powder ski skills.
