Greetings: The Snyderville Basin Recreation District is sponsoring a National Trails day work party on June 2. WMC members are encouraged to participate and then go for a ride on the new Flying Dog Trail after the free catered lunch provided to workers at noon. Meet at 8:30 am for a free breakfast and free T-shirt from www.backcountry.com at the entrance to the The Preserve subdivision. Directions: exit I-80 at Kimball Junction and go to the north frontage road and go east (right) to the fire station and turn left on Bittner Road. Follow the signs to the entrance to The Preserve. Some tools will be provided but if you have a favorite tool bring it. The work will consist of improving the Flying Dog trail which was built last fall.
