leisurely hike w/goat s - stansbury island - February 27, 2010

The trail is described here: https://utahmountainbiking.com/trails/stansbur.htm There was no snow visible last weekend, but the wind can make it chilly. We'll scout the trail for a future loop hike. We will do an easy (no rush) walk to the summit, a bit farther if the crew desires. Bring a lunch for a summit snack. Then back. Goats will probably be off lead since we don't expect a lot of dogs.
