hike to the top of houndstooth - June 5, 2010
April presented its share of challenges, so let's try this again! This hike will somewhat follow the ridge to the base of the Houndstooth, with a short scramble through a chute that leads to the top. This is a VERY STEEP hike with plenty of bushwhacking, but is probably the least miserable route to that familiar granite outcrop between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons.
