after snowshoe potluck - January 23, 2011
The WMC offers COVID conscious opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Participants of all in-person events should bring and wear face coverings, expect social distancing, and changes to our usual practices. To support contact tracing and hands-free signing of the WMC Liability Waiver, online registration is required for all in person WMC events.I'm having a potluck open-house at my place after my Sunday Afternoon Snowshoe. It will start as soon as we get back from the 'shoe and go' until about 8:00pm. If you can't make the snowshoe but still want to come to the open-house, you are most welcome; you just need to know when to come. I'm sure we will be back no later than 5:30pm, so that would be a good time to come. Bring anything you like. It is a potluck, after all. It will probably be easier for those of us doing the snowshoe to bring cold snacks, since we'll be out in the cold for a few hours beforehand. Those just coming to the open-house won't have that constraint. I do, of course, have an oven and microwave, though.
