road bike: wasatch wednesdays: millcreek canyon - July 20, 2011
Let's do Millcreek Canyon this week. We'll ride from REI to the mouth of the canyon, then up to the top or to anywhere you feel like turning around. It's only a 21 mile ride, but we'll get a VERY good workout. This will be a social ride: ride at your own pace but we'll stop to regroup along the way. Due to the climbing, we will probably split into compatible sub-groups.
