road bike: frontside fridays: provo river parkway - October 21, 2011

Let's try this one again. We got rained out a couple of weeks ago. We'll ride the Provo River Parkway between Utah Lake State Park and Vivian Park, starting at the mouth of Provo Canyon. Riding the parkway is lots of fun, and it is a gentle ride good for anyone. The basic ride is about 32 miles (NTD+) with an optional leg up the South Fork road at Vivian Park that adds about 9 miles round trip and makes it maybe a MOD- ride. We'll ride the part between the mouth of Provo Canyon and Utah Lake State Park 1st, then head up to Vivian Park and South Fork. If you want even more miles, we could ride to the Purple Turtle in Pleasant Grove for lunch, too.
