road bike: tuesday tour: northeast slc valley loop - August 21, 2012
Weather forecasters are promising that today's potential rain will hold off until at least afternoon, so we should be able to safely do a morning ride. They are also promising smoke and haze, so maybe we shouldn't spend too much time breathing the stuff. Let's do a loop around the northeast part of Salt Lake valley. We can include the option of riding up City Creek, too, if we want. That will make the ride somewhere between 21 and 33 miles. This is a social ride: ride at your own pace but we'll stop to regroup a few times along the way.
