The 3rd Annual Black Diamond Fundraiser for the Salt Lake Climbers Alliance. Not only is this the 3rd Annual BD Fundraiser for the SLCA, but this year marks the 10th year anniversary for the SLCA! Over the past decade, the SLCA has held 17 Adopt-a-Crag events and 12 stewardship projects with over 500 volunteers putting in over 5,000 hours of work at our local Wasatch crags. In order for the SLCA to continue its work to preserve local climbing access, encourage stewardship of the environment, and promote climbing opportunities, we need your continued support. HOW MUCH: $25 if purchased by 6/12/12 / $30 the day of the event. TICKETS AVAILABLE AT: The Black Diamond Store, I.M.E., R.E.I, and www.saltlakeclimbers.org. DETAILS: Look forward to a top-notch party with live music by Smokin' Blues Band, food by Barbacoa, drinks by Red Rock Brewery, a silent auction, the Golden Ticket, great drawings, pro athletes including Cedar Wright, Josh Wharton, and Mike Libecki, and much, much more. The event is outside and will be held rain or shine. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. NO DOGS.
