hike with rock climb, lady mountain, zion - May 18, 2013
An unfortunate accident with Chuck's climbing partner forces a change in venue: Hike with a little bit of climbing. Climb Zion's 2'nd highest point - Lady Mountain. A highly cool hike, with a little 4th and 5th class mixed in, but you will be top-roped and belayed on the climb. Plan on up to a 8 hour day. Chuck plans on going down on the 16th and doing some more relaxed hiking on the 17th, but coming down on the 17th is also okay. We will come back on Sunday.
