uu red butte n side evening hike 530 pm or 5 pm at trax - May 18, 2015
Hike from parking area near locked gate E of Red Butte concert entrance. RSVP call before 5 pm, in afternoon due to weather. We will start by crossing at the footbridge and hiking up and over and make a loop. Since I haven't hiked this side facing Mt Van Cott it is as yet undetermined elevation gain, route or length of time (2 hours max usually)! In fact we could still make the movie social if we only hike 1 hour....and drive to the S of the valley.
