evening training hike on west grandeur - steep - fast - possibly cold - November 9, 2017

I've been training on this trail for a couple years and I invite you to come out and train too. I test my endurance going as fast as I can up the mountain for an hour and then coming back down. This hike will be at your own pace, we will not be in a group. This hike is VERY STEEP and in direct sunlight. Bring the 10 Essentials. For possible winter conditions, bring layers, microspikes or other traction devices, as well as headlamp. 6:00 pm departure at the trailhead.
