snowshoe- millcreek canyon white fir pass - December 9, 2018
This hike is in a beautiful forest setting and offers great views of the Millcreek Canyon area. If conditions permit, I would like to travel beyond White Fir Pass to to see an good viewpoint of Grandeur Peak. Also depending on snow conditions, tractions devices such as Microspikes may be the best means of travel. Snow safety equipment is not required for this trip. Participants need to be aware that this NTD activity will involve uphill and downhill travel. Energetic dogs and teenagers accompanied by parents are welcome. Let us plan for an 0845 departure time from the Skyline High School east parking lot.
