evening training hike - west grandeur - steep - fast - 5:45 pm @ trailhead - October 17, 2018

I've been training on this trail for a couple years and I invite you to come out and train too. I test my endurance going as fast as I can up the mountain for an hour and then come back down. This hike will be at your own pace, we will not be in a group. This hike is VERY STEEP and in direct sunlight, wind, rain. Bring the 10 Essentials including a headlamp and water. 6 pm departure from the trailhead.
