day hike to box elder peak via deer creek - August 15, 2020
Please join me on a beautiful hike to Box Elder Peak, and help me knock another Wasatch Elevener off my list for this summer! I've hiked this once before from this trailhead in American Fork Canyon and I remember loving this hike. Expect about a 10ish mile day, 4500ish feet in elevation gain, and a Class 2 "stroll" to this majestic summit! And YES I will have a summit sign for all you who have a love/hate relationship with the summit selfies at the top! Registration required and most current COVID-19 precautions will be taken.
