day hike - dromedary and sunrise peaks - August 28, 2022

Join me as we ascend Broads Fork, a basin of endless beauty. We will spend the morning gleefully skipping through fields of brilliant wildflowers, gazing on majestic moose, and breathing the fresh, crisp mountain air. By early noon we will summit not one, but two iconic peaks of the Wasatch. After standing stalwartly on the top, hands planted firmly on our hips, gazing into the distance for about a minute, we will return to our cars triumphantly. Description for the type 2 fun crowd: There might be ravenous swarms of mosquitoes, treacherous scrambling on boulders and scree fields, both relentless heat and frigid cold, and thunderstorms. Let me know if you would like to carpool from my place in South Salt Lake.
