north salt lake flat water paddle - September 17, 2022
Celebrate Jordan River Month with the Jordan River Paddle sponsored by the city of North Salt Lake. This is a great way to get on the river with the boats and l life jackets are provided. You may bring your own life jacket, snacks and lunch if you want to. There is a park directly west of the put-in. The activity starts at 8:30 am and will end at 11:00 am. I would come a little early to check in if you need to sign the waiver form. You can do the waver form on line using the link below or the one on the Wasatch Mountain Club Facebook page. I will not be paddling that day as I have other commitments. Please RSVP to me by Thursday Sept 15th noon so I can notify Ali Avery who is in charge of the event for North Salt Lake how many are coming The boats available are tandem canoes and double kayaks. If you need a partner and have questions, please contact me by phone or text. The put-in is located at 1850 North Redwood Road where the boats will be launched and the paddle will end at the new Porter's landing takeout.See you on the river.
