road bike: morgan valley coffee ride - September 28, 2022
Please be ready to ride at 9am, which means arrive about 8:40am. All ability levels welcome. Ride at your own pace. Coffee after. Ride is an out-and-back on the Peterson side (Morgan Valley Drive). NEW STARTING LOCATION for a lower traffic ride with less heavy truck traffic. DIRECTIONS: From I-84, take Exit 96 for Peterson/Stoddard, which is one exit east of the Mountain Green exit. From the off ramp, turn left (assuming you were traveling east on I-84). Cross under I-84 to the parking lot at the intersection with the Old Highway Rd. Simply stated, go one exit further than before and turn left. No restroom at the start, but there is a Phillips 66 gas station and c-store nearby (Hinds Country Store on Google maps).
