trail running deso-crest-dog loop - September 26, 2026

*Note time change to 8am* Let's run the Deso-Crest-Dog loop. This route is relatively light on elevation and most of it is runnable. We will move at a steady clip, while taking in the beautiful alpine meadows, two lakes, Wasatch Crest, and (hopefully) beautiful fall foliage. We'll fast hike the uphills and run the flats and downhills. Please let me know if you plan to join so we'll know to wait for you.
