trail running - long run at mill d and millcreek canyon - August 29, 2026

This is a long loop from Mill D North up to Dog Lake, Deso Lake, and the Crest. We will drop into Millcreek Canyon near the Big Water trailhead and back to Mill D. The run will begin in the AM to avoid the heat. Expect a moderate pace where we power hike the uphills and run the downhills and flats.
