Fall is in full swing and Millcreek Canyon is a great place for leaf peeping! This will be a no drop run, no runner is left behind. All levels of fitness are welcome. Bring a headlamp. It's a great run for anyone who is looking for running partners or is new to trail running. Let me know if you want to join this run or others in the future.
