Climb long enough, and eventually you'll come across a situation that throws you a curve ball. The goal of this workshop is to take a bit of the guesswork out of that moment, instilling confidence when things aren't quite an emergency, but have definitely gone off-kilter.
After breaking into teams, we'll draw scenarios from the hat of many problems, set them up in a controlled way, and work together to figure the situation out. Some problems will be straightforward, others a bit less so.
This workshop will be best suited for intermediate and advanced level climbers who are comfortable with multi-pitch systems and possess a working knowledge of climbing hitches and knots. Email the organizer to register - limited to 9 participants / three teams of three.
