Uintas: Wolf Creek Area Ski and Snowshoe Tour with Beacon Park and Snow Pit Practice - March 8, 2026
Four skiers and four snowshoers had a great day in the Uintas. We practiced at the Wolf Creek beacon park. The ski group practiced digging a snow pit with a CT and ECT test. The ski group got turns above Wolf Creek campground and the snowshoe group hiked along Duchesne Ridge. We enjoyed a late lunch at Mirror Lake Diner and later met at Hopkins Brewing for a UAC trivia night (and proudly took second place).
