We will be working on ascending and transitions to rappel, and use of a prusik for ascending. Self-rescue skills are needed to attend this event.
We will start by talking about the basic prusik and focus on the VT prusik. We will then work on ascending and transitioning to a rappel device to get back down.
You mush have active WMC membership to attend.
