day hike - grandeur peak trail west to pipeline trail overlook - September 21, 2026

It is a lovely hike. Yes, steep at the beginning for about 15 min then the trail levels out for a expansive valley view. It is 3 miles rounds trip. It takes about 4 hours but we can turn around at any time. Bring a headlamp and consider bringing hiking poles for the downhill.
