boulder ut car camp/open house - September 4, 2026
John and Martha are inviting WMC members to have a base camp at our home in Boulder with John organizing MOD day hikes to Circle Cliffs and Red Breaks areas and Martha organizing birdwatching (NTD-). Pot luck dinners Saturday and Sunday. Plenty of space for camper vehicles and tents, use of the studio, and limited indoor accommodations. Bike riders, trail runners, and canyoneers are welcome to come but need to organize their own thing. Register to get detailed logistics. 9/1 UPDATE: Weather forecast looks good for desert hiking and there is still space available.
