Trip Report: Canyon-tour

Four of us skied up Willows and took a run on the west facing slope of the right fork of the main canyon. Once down in the bowl we headed up the other side, took a quick, but sweet, north face run before heading up and over into Bear Trap. I was surprised to see where we came out - right on top, of Bear Trap, and the run down the main bowl wasn't too bad - considering the weather (or lack thereof). Finally, we headed up the west ridge and popped into Desolation lake, coming down that treed run on the north-west face. Again, not bad, but the trip out required more pushing than one would like at that point in the day. This was input to test the Trip Report system. Heidi
