| Four club members met at the Beus Canyon trailhead with the hope of one last snow-free hike of the year to the summit of Ogden peak. Unfortunately those hopes were crushed when a snowstorm came through the day before. By morning the weather was clear and the snow was pretty so we hiked anyway. At about the halfway point, it was deeper than any of us was prepared to deal with, so we turned back. The summit would have to wait for another day. |
