We had a fantastic turnout for the WMC climbing trip to Indian Creek, with 11 climbers joining us, including many first-timers eager to dive into the art of crack climbing. The group was full of enthusiasm to tackle hand and finger jams, stemming, chimneys, and even some notorious off-widths. Five loyal canine companions also joined the adventure, bringing extra energy to the camp.

To tackle the routes, we pooled our gear, creating a shared rack that allowed everyone to climb some of the more challenging beginner-friendly routes. Familiar comments echoed across the walls' favorites included "I'm fighting for my life up here" and "everything hurts." By the end of each day, we were all sporting some well-earned scrapes on our ankles and elbows, but the learning and laughs made it more than worth it.

Camping at night was chilly, adding to the adventure, but we agreed the incredible climbing and shared memories were worth every cold evening. We're already looking forward to the next trip - and a little healing time before then!
