It is winter, but spring is coming and we need to keep our fitness up! This will be a no drop run, no runner is left behind. All levels of fitness are welcome. Bring a headlamp. It's a great run for anyone who is looking for running partners or is new to trail running. Let me know if you want to join this run or others in the future.
