day hikes kanab - February 26, 2026
Come get warm before it's too hot and hike, the red rocks of Kanab. Over the course of two days we will do a collection of local hikes to equal about 10 miles each day. I have lived here over the winter and have found a few that are particularly enjoyable with moderate difficulty. These will include wire pass to Buckskin on one day and the other the Cottonwood and Buckley trails. I have one spare bedroom that two people could stay in and otherwise hotels are pretty inexpensive here there is also an Airbnb an old polygamist property called venture base.
