day hike - greeley benchmark & more - November 14, 2026
We plan to hike to Greeley Benchmark (6855 ft) as well as Wanlass Hill (5680 ft) and Peak 6706 located in the west of Utah Lake. Mix of road hike, class 2 scrambling and bushwhacking. Approximately 11 miles RT with 3262 ft gain. Exploratory. Please bring 10 essentials and microspikes. Please email before Friday, 6 pm, Nov 13, for the meeting place and time. Registration is required. Registration priority will be given to WMC members. Registrants will receive more detailed info. Limit 8.
